Four-C is aware that each case is unique and that the needs to adequately address any consulting or dispute analysis require multidisciplinary teams with specializations that would be impossible to integrate into a single person or organization. That is why, throughout our participation in a large number of cases, we have identified the need to create links with other specialist organizations to provide mutual support and assistance. This integration of multidisciplinary teams has led us to have cooperative links with organizations and companies such as CONFIDE, CDC, Re-Construct, TU-Graz, APP and Orfisa among others. Additionally, we cooperate with other consulting companies, such as JS Held or QDR Claims, which occasionally provide us with additional resources required to cover all specialties in highly complex compound cases.

BSC (Bureau of Construction Services)
BSC Campos & Partners Consultants is a company specialized in Construction Cost Engineering, addressing specialties in building, infrastructure and energy. Application of regulations in Mexican Federal Public Works, use of the US Master Format and Uniformat® and extensive knowledge in administration of public and private contracts and especially in FIDIC model contracts.

Scola Consulting
2mF – Aerial Photography and Photogrammetry Services with R.P.A.S.
In order to offer high-value services in the monitoring of works, we have established a cooperation agreement with the company Scola Consulting and its range of services “2mF” (2 minutes Fly), a company dedicated to the acquisition of visual information through the use of unmanned aircraft known as Drones or R.P.A.S. The application of these services covers many important topics for professional management of construction contracts, including construction supervision services, resource management, digital documentation of construction progress, construction inspection and areas of Interest, as well as all related to project management and development.
The use of drones makes it possible to document, through videos, incidents and work progress on a regular basis and with minimal effort, even in areas with difficult access or long stretches, such as in the construction of roads or pipelines. This can be an invaluable source of information in dispute resolution processes and will allow experienced interferences to be documented professionally.
recon-struct
On geology and geological engineering issues we cooperate with the Austrian company recon-struct geologic Consulting. The cooperation with Four-C has consisted of expert advice and analysis in its field of specialty for construction projects, such as tunnels, roads, mining projects and hydroelectric dams.
The director of Recon-Struct, Dr. Johannes Horner, has participated in multiple projects in Latin America and Europe, and is a recognized expert and lecturer on the subject. Johannes Horner is a member of several geological and geotechnical societies and is a Chartered Professional in Geology from the renowned AusIMM (Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy).
TU-Graz
The Technical University of Graz, Austria, with its renowned Institutes of Materials Sciences (IMAT) and Hydraulic Fluid Machinery (HFM) provides us with expert services in disputes regarding defects and failures in large and crucial components of hydroelectric and industrial projects of various types. Professors Dr. Sommitsch and Dr. Meusburger, leaders of these institutes, are certified experts before the Austrian court and have the experience and all the necessary infrastructure to carry out cause-effect analyzes of all types, down to molecular levels.
Orfisa
The Spanish company ORFISA provides us with 4D and 5D BIM technology services, which allows us to visualize in hearings, in a graphic and dynamic way, the link between interferences and their impact on the progress and costs of the project. This technology adds great value to the work of lawyers and to us as experts in reliably demonstrating how certain events slowed down work in different parts of the project.
APP Project Management Services (APP PMS®)
It is a company specialized in portfolio management of business projects, which provides services at any stage of development. The services provided are: linear programming and planning, advanced project planning and control, planning quality control, BIM planning and integration, construction strategic advice, construction phasing plan, risk analysis and mitigation, forensic analysis, delay analysis, project asset and data management throughout the life cycle, contract management, claims support and special studies.
Four-C collaborates with APP PMS on schedule analysis issues, especially of the time-location type, used in linear projects such as pipelines, roads, or transmission lines.

The company Four-C Experts has been an active member of the International Chamber of Commerce, training all its experts in the commercial arbitration diploma that this renowned institution offers. We contribute to best practices in dispute resolution through our six-year tenure as vice president of the Infrastructure Committee.
AACEI
(Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International)
One of the most recognized organizations in the field of construction dispute resolution is the International Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering. Four-C experts are registered members of this organization, staying up to date in the use of Recommended Practices, published by the AACEI.
CLAPEC
(Latin American Community of Construction Experts)
Four-C has applauded the initiative to create the Latin American Community of Construction Experts (CLAPEC), whose mission is to promote best practices in construction expert services for Latin America. Through our general director, who is an Honorary Member of this institution, we are part of the board of directors.
DRB
( Dispute Resolution Board Foundation)
Four-C is a member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF), an organization that assists and promotes the application of Dispute Resolution Boards (DRB's or DB's) in ongoing construction projects, achieving thereby avoiding or resolving at an early stage numerous controversies and significant savings to the parties involved.

At the international level, close links have been established with consulting associations such as FEPAC (Pan American Federation of Consultants) and FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers).
This membership allows us to get involved in the promotion of organized consulting in Mexico, actively participating in the development of the quality and integrity of the services provided by the members of this Chamber, as well as our corporate social responsibility.

FIDIC, the International Federation of Consulting Engineers, is the global representative body for national associations of consulting engineers and represents more than one million engineering professionals and 40,000 companies in some 100 countries around the world. The application of global best practices through standardized contracts. These FIDIC contracts are widely recognized internationally in the development of construction projects.
